Experiential Environments

Experiential design is in the details. It’s defined by the small things that add up to the feeling people get when they think of your space or business.

Translating Your Brand

Using imagery, information, and touches uniquely yours, we translate your brand in real space. Experiential design can include signage and wayfinding, interpretive elements, art, and finish selections that reiterate a brand in subtle and surprising ways.

Chateau Ste. Michelle Renovation Woodinville, WA

Heritage brought to life

When experiential design is done right, a brand itself comes to life in physical space, creating marketing opportunities that are fun, beautiful, and memorable. We partnered with Chateau Ste. Michelle to renovate their Woodinville visitors’ center to coincide with their 50th anniversary as Washington’s founding winery. To translate their brand in the space, we had to understand their history, values, business goals, personality, and heart: their story. After the renovation, the winery saw an increase in annual visitors, wine club memberships, and mailing list sign-ups at unexpected rates.

"BCRA's work is like poetry. They create spaces that evoke emotion and give life to what I want our brands to convey."

-Debra McCloskey, Creative Services Director, Chateau Ste. Michelle Wine Estates
