We’re hiring a receptionist who brings warmth, professionalism, and strong organizational skills to our team. This role is ideal for someone with a learning mindset, a natural sense of hospitality, and a proactive approach to supporting a collaborative and dynamic workplace. As the first point of contact for staff, clients, and guests, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the daily experience of our office environment.

    Among other things, here’s what you’ll be doing:

    • Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors, answering and routing calls, and handling general inquiries.
    • Provide hospitality support for staff, guests, and clients, including meal coordination for events and meetings in partnership with the Senior Office Coordinator.
    • Play a key role in keeping communication clear, consistent, and on schedule with staff, clients, and external partners.
    • Take ownership of diverse administrative duties and actively contribute to special projects that enhance team productivity, streamline office operations, and support overall business goals.

    • Experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
    • Demonstrated ability to lift and move items up to 45–50 lbs.

    The details:

    • This is a full-time, non-exempt position, based in our Tacoma office. Hybrid and remote work arrangements are not available.

  • Project Architect - Healthcare

    Project Architect (Healthcare)

    Are you an experienced and creative Project Architect with experience working on healthcare-related projects?     Among other things, here’s what you’ll be doing:

    • Lead and coordinate with consultants, internal teams, and external partners to ensure the successful execution of healthcare architecture projects, from concept to completion.
    • Provide leadership in translating project visions into actionable design plans, ensuring they meet healthcare-specific requirements, codes, and regulations.
    • Conduct research and develop specialized details to solve unique design challenges specific to healthcare environments, such as patient flow, safety, and accessibility.
    • Analyze building codes and healthcare-specific regulations to ensure compliance, oversee submittal reviews, and lead the response process for construction RFIs, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture, plus a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in the healthcare market.

    • Proficient in Revit, with a strong understanding of using the tool to support project management, collaboration, and design needs.
    • Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and ensure their successful outcomes.
    • LEED accredited or strong interest in sustainability

    The details:

    • This is a full-time position based in our Tacoma office. Some regional travel is necessary.

  • Project Architect/Project Manager

    • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
    • Lead proposal development and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with client expectations and firm capabilities.
    • Lead and manage internal resources, establishing clear expectations to optimize team performance and collaboration across disciplines for integrated project solutions.
    • Lead and inspire project teams, driving the successful delivery of complex projects that not only meet client objectives but also contribute positively to the community, ensuring lasting value and alignment with the firm’s vision and goals.
    • Work across a wide range of sectors, including education, healthcare, municipal, multifamily, recreation, and specialized fields like retail, hospitality, workplace, wineries, and religious facilities, with the opportunity to explore new and exciting markets as they emerge.

    Ideal qualifications we seek in a candidate:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture, plus a minimum of 15 years professional experience in architecture.
    • Licensed Architect.
    • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Robust portfolio as a project manager, with at least 5 years in various markets.
    • Comprehensive experience with Revit, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam, with a strong understanding of how to leverage these tools for effective project management and seamless collaboration.
    • Composed and calm under pressure, steady and adaptable when faced with the unexpected.

    The details:

    • This is a full-time position based in our Tacoma office. Some regional travel is necessary.
