• DBIA experience is preferred.

• Robust portfolio as a project manager, with at least 5 years in various markets.
• Comprehensive experience with Revit, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam, with a strong understanding of how to leverage these tools for effective project management and seamless collaboration.
• Composed and calm under pressure, steady and adaptable when faced with the unexpected.
• Experience working in the inland Northwest
The details:
• This is a full-time position based in our Spokane office. Some regional travel is necessary. Cross-collaboration with remote Tacoma office will be part of the position.
• We currently offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, long-term disability, employee assistance program, 401(k) with employer match and additional fringe benefits, as well as several bonus opportunities.
• This position offers 34 days of “all-inclusive” PTO that can be used for reasons important to you.
• The pay range for this position is $100,000 – $125,000. New hires typically join in the lower end of this range and progress over time while demonstrating mastery of the position.
