Traxx is the third installment in the Terrace Station development in Mountlake Terrace. This mixed-use, transit-oriented development incorporates residential, commercial, and community spaces into an integrated patterned building. Dwellers and visitors can easily access the robust public transportation system.
Originally planned for 194 units, BCRA found ways to keep the total gross floor area to 270,000 SF and increase the total residential units to 210 during the design process.
Traxx is seven floors, with five floors above the ground level podium. The ground floor is comprised of commercial units, common areas, and a partially below grade parking area.
