BCRA provided architectural services for this new three-story garden court community located on a 17.5-acre site in Marysville. Motto Apartments will feature 474 units across 15 buildings, offering a variety of layouts including studios, one-bedrooms, one-bedrooms with dens, two-bedrooms, and three-bedroom units.
At the heart of the development is a 7,000-square-foot clubhouse that serves as the central hub for the community. Designed to foster connection and engagement, the clubhouse includes indoor and outdoor recreation areas, a lounge, leasing offices, a fitness center, a kitchen/bar, and flexible event spaces.
A resort-style pool and outdoor amenities further enhance the seamless transition between interior and exterior environments. Built in two phases, the clubhouse was partially occupied during ongoing construction, allowing early access for residents and staff The design emphasizes flexibility, wellness, and technology, creating a vibrant hub for modern living.
