Located near downtown Redmond, The Luke provides upscale urban living tailored for the Eastside market. The apartment complex includes five and six-story residential towers that house a mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom units, a 1,350 sf fitness studio, and a dog wash area. The units surround a central courtyard that offers a secure outdoor recreation space for residents as well as a kitchen/TV area opening to the courtyard BBQ area.
Given the growing popularity of bike riding for commuting and recreation, the design also integrates amenities such as a bike tune up and storage areas. Street-level residential stoops create a unique “walk up” feel to the property and promote foot traffic to the building’s ground floor retail and adjacent businesses.
