The Proctor Street-facing exterior is influenced by the historic firehouse and existing retail nearby and includes the use of elegant brick and glass. The side, residential-facing area of the building is appropriately scaled and clad for a neighborhood feel. A central spine along the inside of the facility is delineated through color and striking building forms mark the residential entrance.
