This two-story tenant improvement in Tacoma’s only Class-A office building is special for several reasons. First, the space celebrates staff. The wood-and-metal staircase had to be reimagined during the renovation and now lends a sophisticated, connected feel to the lobby. Those who travel between other TOTE Maritime offices will recognize the design language from other locations that still highlights the uniqueness of this location with stunning views to the Port of Tacoma.
