This full-floor tenant improvement involved creating an efficient footprint for Stifel’s Tacoma-based staff. Starting with their headcount requirement, we explored streamlining private offices and internal work areas to maximize usable space. A major design driver was natural light throughout, which was accomplished through a de-mountable glazed glass wall system for all office fronts. Working within company guidelines, we maintained brand and finish standards while offering customization unique to this space through accent lighting.
