As part of the Port of Everett's transformative Waterfront Place redevelopment, BCRA designed the A12 Building to help activate Fisherman's Harbor with a vibrant mix of restaurants and retail overlooking the marina. The two-story, approximately 12,000 SF strengthens the connection between the waterfront, public promenade, and surrounding community through flexible tenant spaces, generous outdoor gathering areas, and architecture inspired by Everett's maritime heritage.
BCRA provided architecture and land use services, leading a multidisciplinary consultant team to deliver the project as an integrated waterfront destination. The design thoughtfully coordinates the building, surrounding site, pedestrian circulation, parking, and public realm to support the Port's long-term vision of a walkable, mixed-use district where residents and visitors can gather, dine, and experience the evolving waterfront. The project reflects BCRA's commitment to creating places that strengthen community, celebrate local identity, and contribute to the continued evolution of one of the Pacific Northwest's premier waterfront destinations.
