In need of a change of scene in their Tacoma office, Brown and Brown worked with BCRA to create a new and inspiring work environment for their employees that included an open office concept with enhanced visibility, stand-up collaboration spaces, transparent conference rooms, and a fun break room equipped with a shuffleboard table.
Local history was incorporated into the design with photographs of nearby monuments and conference rooms named after local breweries. The Brown and Brown brand was displayed through environmental graphic elements and the display of their mission and values throughout the office, along with employee appreciation and client highlight boards.
