BCRA is designing the Bonney Lake High School expansion, a 2024 voter-approved bond project that will create capacity for the school’s growing student population while strengthening safety, access, and campus identity. The project includes an 18-classroom addition, centralized Administration and Student Services, and relocation of the JROTC program into the main building. The new wing will establish a welcoming primary entry, anchored by a Panther mascot feature that celebrates school pride and belonging.
Campus improvements will enhance parking, traffic flow, and long-term functionality, while durable, maintainable materials support everyday use. Guided by the “Build the Hill” vision, the design connects new learning spaces with the existing campus and creates an environment built for student success, community pride, and future growth. Construction began in September 2026, with completion anticipated in fall 2028.
The district identifies the project as a $76.9 million bond investment that also includes CTE opportunities, turf fields, parking and queuing improvements, intersection work, and select building-system and performing-arts upgrades.
