BCRA ANNOUNCES KEY PROMOTIONS AND NEW SENIOR ASSOCIATE IN SPOKANE MARKET
BCRA is thrilled to announce the promotions of Amanda Sellsted to Senior Associate and Nicky Poole-Duris to Associate Principal as well as the addition of Manasa Vishwanath as a Senior Associate in our Spokane office. These advancements highlight BCRA’s commitment to recognizing talent, fostering growth within our team, and enhancing our service offerings in the Inland Northwest region.
Nicky has been a key member of the BCRA team for nearly 8 years. Before joining BCRA, she developed her expertise at IA Interior Architects in Seattle. Over the years, Nicky has led the workplace market and played a crucial role in the expansion of the Inland NW region. As Associate Principal, she will continue to focus on building strong community relationships, mentoring staff, and delivering impactful projects to our clients. Her leadership and vision are vital to driving BCRA’s mission going forward.
Amanda will reach her 2-year anniversary with BCRA in January 2025. After moving back to Spokane and spending a year as a stay-at-home mom, she rejoined the workforce with extensive previous experience to include Design Director for a multi-line representative firm and Designer at B+H and IA Interior Architects. Amanda has specialized in workplace design at BCRA. Her many workplace projects include collaborating on the design of the Port Angeles ELC for the YMCA, developing design standards for a national biotech firm, and leading the design for Swinerton Builders’ new office in Spokane. She earned her NCIDQ certification while at BCRA, and as a newly promoted Senior Associate, Amanda will continue to enhance our presence in Spokane, improving the lives of community members through thoughtful and meaningful design.

Manasa brings a rich background in healthcare markets along with a passion for creating environments that support well-being and healing. Her expertise will be invaluable as we continue to expand our support of the Spokane community and beyond. Manasa’s addition to our team underscores our commitment to broadening our expertise and delivering innovative solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
