Community is a key component of our corporate culture and central to why we do what we do. For our design work, we create spaces where people feel welcome and connected to opportunities and community. This is why we give our time, talent, and treasure to local non-profit organizations that help remove barriers for the children in our communities.
One of the organizations we support is Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound, who focus on igniting the potential of every child. In addition to being a corporate sponsor, 20 employees have volunteered as Big Brothers or Big Sisters. We participate in their site match program at McCarver Elementary School in Tacoma. So, when they named us as their Community Partner this year, we were honored and humbled, and we figured this was a great opportunity to highlight their work.
