BCRA provided family-friendly architectural design for two- and three-story townhomes for phase I of Sawyer Trail. The site layout connected the residences to the larger development through visual cues that both complemented and distinguished from the apartment community also located on site. The clubhouse evokes a modern Northwest aesthetic with a dramatic pitched roofline and feature fireplace. With amenities inside and out, the clubhouse caters to adults year-round.
Sawyer Trail Townhomes Phase II includes 80 three-story townhomes that complement the existing facilities on site.
For both phases, our team performed feasibility site layouts, design, and minimal construction administration. For Phase II of the development, site planning focused on providing connections to existing buildings and enhancing the user experience by weaving green spaces throughout.
