Fords Prairie Elementary School

This new replacement school will mitigate overcrowding, security concerns, and outdated buildings for 450 students. The design evokes the feeling of a treehouse over a river through form, graphics, and materials. Immersive elements like second-story Interior windows and flooring mimic a treehouse for students. Flexibility Is maximized through integrated technology, tackable surfaces, lightweight furniture that Is movable, stackable, and can reconfigured for small and large groups.
