    BCRA is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Marketing to serve as a strategic leader.     We’re looking for motivated students to join us for our Summer 2026 Internship. This 8+ week program is designed to give emerging professionals hands-on experience in a collaborative design environment. Whether your focus is architecture or interior design, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to active projects, develop technical skills, and gain exposure to the professional practice of design.

    Among other things, here’s what you’ll be doing:

    • Support architectural and interior design teams through design, documentation, and research.
    • Participate in project work sessions and gain exposure to multiple phases of design and delivery.
    • Assist with digital modeling, graphics, and presentation materials using Revit, Bluebeam, and other tools.
    • Contribute ideas during design discussions and collaborate with a variety of disciplines.
    • Explore professional practice through mentorship, firm events, and learning opportunities.

    Capstone Project:
    At the conclusion of the internship, interns will prepare and deliver a brief presentation highlighting what they learned and contributed during their time with us. This culminating experience provides an opportunity to reflect on your growth, share insights with the team, and celebrate your achievements.

    Ideal qualifications we seek in a candidate:

    • Currently studying Architecture (accredited program) or Interior Design (bachelor’s-level program).
    • Completed at least two years of academic coursework by Summer 2026.
