    • Mentor junior team members, providing constructive feedback on work quality, technical accuracy, and process improvements.
    • Collaborate closely with Architects and Project Managers to ensure project execution aligns with design vision, budget constraints, and schedule requirements.
    • Prepare and draft detailed reports, specifications, and technical documentation as needed.
    • Support and conduct quality control reviews to uphold high standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal qualifications we seek in a candidate:

    • Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
    • 8–12 years of professional experience in architecture, with increasing responsibility and demonstrated leadership in documentation and coordination.
    • Advanced proficiency in Revit, with experience supporting one or more design phases such as Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), Construction Documents (CDs), and Construction Administration (CA).
    • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, detailing strategies, and code compliance.
    • Experience in quality control through document review and technical oversight.
    • Ability to lead documentation and coordination across project teams.

    The details:

    • Our benefits go way beyond basics—medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, employee assistance, 401(k) match, plus cool fringe perks you’ll actually use.
    • Kick off your first year with 30 flexible PTO days—because life happens, and we trust you to take the time you need.
    • We believe in growing great people. Our GROW program gives you hands-on coaching, tailored learning, and the support to level up your skills and career.
    • Thinking about leadership? Our manager development track gives you tools and guidance to grow into future leadership roles—even if you’re just starting to explore that path.
