BCRA is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Marketing to serve as a strategic leader. The Director of Marketing will partner closely with the Director of Business Development, Director of Brand and Experiential Design, and firm leadership to elevate brand awareness, enhance capture planning and proposal excellence, and position BCRA for continued success in existing and emerging markets.

• Define and champion BCRA’s long-term marketing vision and growth strategy, aligning market positioning with firmwide strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Leadership, Operations, and Business Development to evaluate market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and shape firmwide decisions on target markets and client engagement.
• Cultivate and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continual learning that advances both individual growth and firm objectives.
• Partner with Business Development and Market Leaders to shape pursuit strategy, proposal quality, and procurement of new work.
• Lead capture planning efforts translating market knowledge into actionable strategies through conducting research, informing strategy, and assisting with outreach.
• Facilitate strategic pursuits, guiding teams through narrative development, storytelling, and formal interview coaching to strengthen alignment and impact. Provide strategic guidance and QA/QC for active proposals and lead post-interview debriefs.
• Direct the creation of award submittals and industry recognition programs.
• Manage training schedules for marketing best practices and support onboarding of new BCRA staff.
• Continuously assess and optimize internal marketing systems to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Provide marketing performance insights and reports to leadership to inform planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives.
• Represent BCRA at industry events and partnership settings, reinforcing relationships, building visibility, and advancing the firm’s position.

Ideal qualifications we seek in a candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree plus marketing leadership experience in architecture, design, or other professional services industry.
• Expert-level experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
• Demonstrated success leading a high-performing marketing team.
• Deep understanding of capture planning, procurement, branding, communication, and industry-specific market research.
• Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and make strategic decisions.

Summer 2026 Internship – Architecture & Interior Design

We’re looking for motivated students to join us for our Summer 2026 Internship. This 8+ week program is designed to give emerging professionals hands-on experience in a collaborative design environment. Whether your focus is architecture or interior design, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to active projects, develop technical skills, and gain exposure to the professional practice of design.

Among other things, here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Support architectural and interior design teams through design, documentation, and research.

• Participate in project work sessions and gain exposure to multiple phases of design and delivery.

• Assist with digital modeling, graphics, and presentation materials using Revit, Bluebeam, and other tools.

• Contribute ideas during design discussions and collaborate with a variety of disciplines.

• Explore professional practice through mentorship, firm events, and learning opportunities.

Capstone Project:
At the conclusion of the internship, interns will prepare and deliver a brief presentation highlighting what they learned and contributed during their time with us. This culminating experience provides an opportunity to reflect on your growth, share insights with the team, and celebrate your achievements.

Ideal qualifications we seek in a candidate:

• Currently studying Architecture (accredited program) or Interior Design (bachelor’s-level program).
• Completed at least two years of academic coursework by Summer 2026.

Project Architect/Project Manager – Education

We’re looking for a Project Manager with a passion for shaping educational environments and the expertise to lead teams through all phases of project delivery.
