BCRA CELEBRATES AND BIDS FAREWELL TO KEY TEAM MEMBERS EMBARKING ON NEW VENTURE, ELEVATE DESIGN + CONSTRUCT
BCRA is both grateful and excited to share the next chapter of our single-family residential division, Elevate Design + Construct, as they become an independent company. This new venture will be led by three of our long-time team members who have made significant contributions to our success.
Doug Oberst, Mike Garza, and Nick Molinaro are embarking on this adventure with Elevate, a design-led construction company that will continue to bring exceptional residential projects to life. Both Doug and Mike have spent the last 25 years being a vital part of residential projects for BCRA, and Nick joined BCRA in 2013 to help grow and develop our single-family residential division.
As Elevate transitions from a division of BCRA to an independent entity, we want to express our deepest gratitude to Doug, Mike, and Nick for their years of dedication and hard work. Their contributions have been invaluable to BCRA and have helped shape the quality and success of our residential projects.
Elevate will continue to blend design and construction seamlessly, ensuring that every project is executed with the same attention to detail and creativity that Doug, Mike, and Nick have always championed. Their focus on delivering innovative design solutions that express an individual’s unique design vision will undoubtedly keep setting new standards in the industry.
