In order to enhance the health and wellbeing of local residents, BCRA was hired to do a thorough examination of the existing South Kitsap Regional Park and create a master plan to be implemented over several phases.
To date, BCRA has designed and administered construction for nearly a mile of new trails, a playground, a skate park, parking improvements, and roadway frontage and storm drainage improvements, including bioretention, as components of the master plan build-out.
