Our civil engineering team provided site design, storm design, utility design, and frontage improvements that included a widened road with bike lane and new curbs, gutters, and sidewalks for the development. We guided the project through Design Review and engineering permitting on behalf of the client.
This project presented our team with a significant challenge in terms of stormwater mitigation. Traditional options would have impacted the client’s ability to move forward with the project, while the non-traditional solution of a deep injector well would allow design and construction to continue. The deep injector well solution was deemed so successful that it was implemented on another site in the vicinity.
