    • Performing accurate bookkeeping data input and output as directed by the Accounting Lead.
    • Managing and maintaining all aspects of the firm’s bookkeeping using Deltek.
    • Creating new projects in Deltek, ensuring WBS structure aligns with firm standards and project contracts.
    • Accurately entering data from project contracts into Deltek and generating financial reports.
    • Communicating with Project Managers regarding invoicing, project status, and financials.
    • Receiving, entering, and processing invoices from subconsultants in Deltek.
    • Producing, sending out, and monitoring client invoices.
    • Inputting received accounts receivable (AR) and producing payment checks to subconsultants.
    • Processing reimbursable expenses and handling project closeouts.
    • Performing non-project related data entry tasks including firm expenses, individual expenses, timesheets, and payroll.
    • Assisting the Accounting Lead in suggesting process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
    • Pulling reports from Deltek to assist in monitoring financial metrics as assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    • Possesses 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
    • 2+ years of education in a related field.
    • Proficient in Deltek or similar accounting software.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information

     

    Pay range: $25-29 per hour DOE
