Interior Design Project Manager

6-8 Years of Experience

Responsibilities include:

  • Experience in all phases of the design process and knowledge to implement and coordinate each phase.
  • Perform contract document production (drawing, specifications, cost estimates, etc.) and coordinate tasks with others assigned to the project.
  • Plan, design, and supervise major renovations, remodeling, additions and new structures.
  • Specification and selection of furnishings, materials and equipment.
  • Prepare proposals for design work including sketches and cost estimates for labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Prepare final designs and specifications within budgetary restrictions.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor degree in Interior Design.
  • 6-8 years of Interior Design experience.
  • NCIDQ certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Education project experience.
