Healthcare Project Architect

Responsibilities include:

  • Actively coordinate with owners and consultants while assisting with other project team correspondence.
  • Perform technical research, provide knowledge of overall project components, and develop specialized details.
  • Perform building code analysis and coordinate compliance with various regulatory agencies.
  • Actively coordinate with other design disciplines.
  • Provide technical leadership and assistance in completion of production efforts.
  • Coordinate submittal reviews and responses to construction RFIs.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture.
  • 5-10 years of experience in medical design preferred.
  • Licensed Architect preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Revit skills.
