Building and pursuing relationships with school districts and design-build partners.
Working on and leading integrated teams to achieve high-quality design.
Participating in marketing opportunities such as A4LE and DBIA.

Responsibilities include:

Actively manage internal and project budgets, including invoicing.
Manage internal manpower and communicate expectations for highly effective teams.
Collaborate with internal disciplines in integrated ways.

Requirements include:

Masters degree in Architecture.
6-15 years of experience.
Licensed Architect.
Strong to excellent interpersonal skills.
Revit knowledge for project management.
Team motivator skills.
