Proctor Station is a mixed-use development in Tacoma’s Proctor District that includes 151 residential units over 12,000sf of retail. Spanning nearly a full city block, Proctor Station sits at a prominent corner at the edge of the historic retail area. Neighbors include single-family homes, a middle school, and single level retail buildings.

The project includes a mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom units with a rooftop deck. Additional outdoor space was included in a second floor deck area that was created in order to step the building back from the street and create a feel that fit into the neighborhood.
