Central Washington University Dean Hall Renovation

Central Washington University

Ellensburg, WA

BCRA partnered with the university to undertake an adaptive reuse and modernization of Central Washington University’s Dean Hall. The renovated, three-story concrete and masonry building now brings together previously fractured science departments. It houses a working learning museum, general classrooms, lecture halls, and a suite for the Dean of the College of the Sciences. It's strategic location in the center of campus was the catalyst for development and growth of the Science Neighborhood at Central.

Dean Hall is certified LEED Gold, and is the first LEED certified project on the CWU campus.
