On Monday, March 19th, the City of Lakewood received a community redevelopment plan created by BCRA for the Tillicum neighborhood. Represented by Jeff Brown and Gareth Roe, BCRA presented the City Council with the vision and answered questions related to feasibility and process. BCRA is now working with a handful of developers on the first of many exciting new projects that are expected in the area over the next few years.
